Ordered when it opened, waited an hour before being told they were super busy (on a Tuesday??) and I'd have to wait another flipping hour. Not happy. Sounds lazy to me. Food is great but service is important. Never again and I've been going there regularly since it opened 😐😐

After an evening of refinement and a wavy experience in the nearby spoons establishment I found myself sat on thin wooden seats in hotspot. Expecting little of the food I ordered, a fillet burger with fries and water. Only to find a succulent burger filled to the brim with delicious chicken and fresh salad in a textured bun. The best fast food establishment in the historic town of St.Neots for individuals looking for a post Carlsburg feast. 9.5/10 - decor could be improved..

I just been to this restaurant today to eat in order combo meal and onee of the guys took my order and waited patiently for 15mins which is ok i can still wait but no one inform if they are preparing my food or not.I decided to ask for a refund and cancel my order but the Owner in the till.(hairy arms and chest with greyish hair).He was so rude that he didnt even bother to apologize i even called him BOSS.
I will never visit this restaurant again..
