now under new ownership I have visited for drinks on a Friday evening and also for food on Sunday lunch staff are welcoming polite and pleasant on both occasions and food was superb. proper home cooked fresh pub food delicious! good selection of larger and real ales as well as a comprehensive gin bar for the ladies or gents that like a g and t. I would highly recommend this lovely village pub. Many thanks to Laura and Pete for making us so welcome

Five stars for the enthusiasm and effort in trying a new venture. Everybody seems so friendly and welcoming in this family run pub, staff and regulars alike. Had a good roast, beef and beer were good. Looking forward to the summer bbq!

A little over priced and the is no cover outside in pub garden to stop the rain hitting u when you go out for a cigarette

Lovely family run pub. Landlord and Landlady are attentive. Monthly live music exceptional. Larger food menu and it would be 5 star.

Food is terrible, shame as this place could be a lovely pub. Alas bad food warm beer and a bad landlord. Last time I walk into this place.
