Place hasn't changed in years since bieng a child ;0 polite staff lovley clean premises The chinese food is amazing WOW!! the chicken and roast pork curry is cooked to perfection everything is very flavoursome, must admit the pancake rolls were bit greasy, but next time we phoned up for a meal next day lolol we just said could we have them crispy not greasy, they came perfect best pancake rolls in harlow, our meals have been absolutely delicious they are very accommodating and there portions are great Thank you for our lovley curries.
So disappointed, chicken balls were burnt and overly greasy, only one pot of sauce for two packets,, chicken curry really chewy and chicken and pineapple was vile, the chicken was like pink jelly, threw the lot away, such a shame as usually very good, will avoid for a while!
Food is really good and delicious they have fast delivery and very nice over the phone would never order from anywhere else!!
Worst Chinese/ chip shop I've visited ever the people were unhelpful and had no bread rolls for a chip butty or even onion vinigar and couldn't even compromise and give a bun in its place as each bun is allocated to its own burger/patty and its 5 pound for a small chips and a sausage blooming liberty.. I was hungry but next time I'll wait until I get to a decent shop that isn't all about money in this place the shop is always right not the customer.. I don't do bad reviews I only do honest reviews...
Had many a good Chinese meal from here in the past but today was the worst! The sweet and sour chicken and pork balls were saturated in oil. The pancake rolls were inedible. The batter was not crispy but oily and soggy. The paper they were wrapped in was swimming with oil. Worst of all was the taste of the oil the food was fried in. It tasted very old and was tainted with the taste of other foods e.g. chow mein beef had a peculiar taste. Most of the meal was thrown away. I should have returned it and asked the cooks to taste it for themselves, but could not be bothered to make the journey. Sun Kwok - please taste your food before serving! I am sorry for this review but you need to make some serious changes in order to keep your customers.
Best Chinese, friendly service, great food, great portions. Always go back, never disappointed. Still the best in town!

Today we were looking forward to have takeaway chips as we hadn't had it for a long time. But I have to say, never again. Not only did the man serving get the order wrong, which wasn't noticed until got home, but both the jumbo sausage and the chips looked and tasted like they where warmed up from lunch time, yet they have the cheek to charge the same price as if they where fresh. Very disappointing.
