Outstanding. Not a place to go too often but what a great to be able to go once and taste the excellent menu out together by Alain Roux and his team. Everything was perfect, every detail was taken care of. The too wine was outstanding (if eye wateringly expensive). Each dish was beautifully crafted and explained to us on arrival the tastes and textures were exquisite. By the end we had eaten our full just perfectly. Thank you for a special evening

Best food I've ever experienced. Wine pairing is a must. Absolutely everything about our meal was just perfect. We were booked into a private dining room in the cottage adjacent to the main restaurant as we had children and the staff made them feel very welcome and involved them with the service and meal. Their food was also excellent and huge portions. Would revisit again and fully recommend

Even in winter with the snow on the ground, the warmth of the welcome makes up for the riverside cold. If you think of the chefs in the kitchen as being the composers, then the restaurant staff are the components of the wonderful symphonic orchestra under the magic of the conductor in the name of Diego!

It was okay. It was a bit old school for my liking. Food felt dated as did the decor. Service was excellent but won't be returning. Hind's Head is our go to place in Bray. The hype doesn't justify the price for what was a pleasant but generally overpriced day out.

We came here for dinner and stayed the night in the hotel and had a wonderful time. The service was excellent from the moment that we arrived, the room was lovely and the food was excellent. Unlike most fine dining restaurants, the portions were very generous and we were absolutely stuffed by the end of the meal. The only downside is that it is on the expensive side, however as a special occasion trip was totally worth it.
