On the two occasions I have needed helps with blinds the owner has been fantastic and really helpful. On both occasions he gave me options in terms of pricing and was really honest and didn't give me a hard sell as he could have just gave me the most expensive option and not mentioned the others. Very helpful man, and would highly recommend using this company again in the future.

Great quality blinds fitted in my conservatory that have lasted for years and still going strong. Eric really goes the extra mile to look after his customers and provide a great service, it's very impressive.
Just had a full set of plantation shutters fitted at my Mum’s house, she absolutely loves them and is so pleased with the service from Waterloo Blinds. Very competitive prices with clear and honest advice. The fitting was quick, easy, clean and very professional by a friendly Father and Son team. Overall an excellent experience and a service I would highly recommend.

From Eric the owner to the fitters he uses the service is first class. The prices are reasonable too and they have a very large choice. This week I ordered a blind and it was fitted the following day! You wouldn’t get that at any of the big chains! Thank you once again for fabulous service.
Just bought 3 blinds from these guys, absolutely love them, a 3rd the price of what I was quoted from a local company. Where exactly what I wanted and Eric was a lovely fella who took all my measurements etc over the phone. Thank you.
A brilliant service throughout ! We have had Venetian Blinds fitted in the front of the house. We have also had our old roller blinds from the kitchen and hallway rerolled and modernised. We fully recommend Waterloo Blinds , fantastic customer service , great high quality blinds and Mike and Co were superb fitters. Thank You Eric and Best wishes for many more years of success , we wouldnt go anywhere else!
Just not sure.. The blinds have been up for a few weeks now and they just do not hang very well It looks like there is not enough weight at the bases of the blinds to keep the actual material flat and give a tidy edge so the finish is annoying and its something you see every day..
Huge thank you to Eric, Mike and the rest of the team for my new full set of vertical blinds. A helpful and professional service and the blinds are of excellent quality. I couldn't be happier with the work. Highly recommended.
