Fantastic company. They really went the extra mile to do the work for me. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I will be recommending the wash house to all my friends and family. Thank you again!

Very poor customer service. Wanted to support local company but installation of washing machine was a disaster! They removed old integrated machine but failed to notice the waste pipe behind. New one was fitted in the right position so they said and would return to fit door. We used it a number of times once we had dragged it out and switched it on at the mains(!!) but when they came back, the door when fitted projected beyond the work surface by 12mm! When they realised their mistake they did offer to move the pipe for £130.00 !! Unsurprisingly we declined.

Poor delivery service. Was promised delivery of fridge-freezer on Mon, Tues or Wed of the week I was at home. Then got call to say they would deliver the following Saturday. I was not happy but said it would be acceptable if before noon. On the day I got phone call to say it would be delivered in the afternoon.

Used them twice to buy a cooker and a fridge freezer. They've been brilliant both times from the service in the shop to the quality of delivery, always making sure things are right and putting the customer first. If there was one thing they could do that would make things even better it would be to take the packaging away however this is a small price for their excellent service in every other area.

Can't recommend this wonderful company enough! Excellent service from helpful staff, fast delivery and old appliance taken away!
