Went in today, was greeted by 2 members of staff regarding a phone upgrade. It took 2 of the dim wits to load up an internet page and read out a price. (A simple task basic people can do easily). I have a clear instruction as to what a wanted, and didn’t follow my guidelines, then spoke about a model I didn’t specify, so I requested again what I was looking for. Tried to sell me the same phone they know I have. Then they gave a ludicrous price on the handset. They made up a bunch of excuses as to why they will not price match. (Customer service course required for these to pair of intellectually challenged individuals). So I ended up paying the phone off and getting a much much better deal with an alternative provider with carphone warehouse, who I was very pleased with. O2 really left me with a unhealthy bad opinion on the company. I will not return, witch is a shame as I had many more deals to be done in future.

Just got back home from the O2 shop in Hereford I was welcomed by a very nice young lady, Steph, who listened to what I needed and then took me over to Ed, who did everything for me that I wanted. All the staff in the shop were cheerful and friendly. Probably the best service I have ever had........Ray.

We came into the Hereford store yesterday to sort my husband upgrade out and we'd just like to say that Ed was wonderful , nothing was to much trouble. He's a credit to your company.

Price not what was advertised and saying that I lied to what was said. Not good customer experience and made you feel really small.
