I ordered a fleece for my son back on 31st August 17. They said it could take 2 weeks to arrive. I called after 2 weeks and it still had not arrived. Then 2 weeks later still not arrived. I called back beginning of October and they informed me that it had arrived but now been sent away for embroidery. I called back today (30th October) and they told me it had been ready for collection on the 28th September!!! No phone call or email sent to me (as promised). They apologised for giving me duff information in early October. No offer of posting it to me for my inconvenience! They seem to have a monopoly on branded uniform in Hereford but with that comes no customer service. In fact that the people that work there are not very polite and by my experience untrained.

Buying school clothes via this online shop would be perfectly fine, if they didn't bombard you with junk mail after. I haven't had children at school age for quite some time now and asked them on several occasions to stop emailing me for that simple reason. I do not need to buy school clothes anymore. Every time I was assured that this would stop immediately, but I still get emails on a daily basis. Tried calling again and again, but either they have their answer phone on or they simply don't answer any calls. Very disappointing! So BE AWARE, before you hand over your email address. Your inbox WILL be clogged up by this company's junk. Very unprofessional.
