Went to buy some flea treatment for out cat. Had the spot on. It cat was going crazy itching etc. Ross then explained how the spot on works and that it sends the fleas mad. He was very knowledgeable and explained well. Thank you for all your help. Cat has now calmed down and is feeling lots better, so are we. Will definitely visit again.
In and out in a flash. Assistance sought item secured paid for within 10 minutes. Excellent service
Hereford store. I went into the store on a Saturday to buy some fish. Unfortunately I left with none. I asked a member of staff if they could help me and the response was ‘Oh you want fish’ I said yes please, the staff member walked off and never came back ! I waited around for a good 10 minutes but then gave up. On leaving the shop the staff member was stood on the checkout. I feel that there was zero interest on this occasion and very bad customer service.
Very helpful and experienced staff. I have bought both my girls' hamsters from pets at home in hereford, and they always gave me a call a few days later to see how our hamsters are settling in. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hamster food and playthings. I would recommend anyone to shop at pets at home if they want to get value for money. They also have a VIP account which give you money off vouchers
