Booked a private party downstairs in the pink bar, Lolas for a birthday party. The room looks amazing now with the all the flowers and neons - everyone had a great time  They didn't charge any room hire fees which was great, they just took a deposit and it was a minimum spend on drinks which worked out at around a tenner per person which would have been less if we had more friends. Got my deposit back after the party

As a someone with a severe visual impairment my experience was unacceptable. The staff were rude and ignorant, they refused to offer an accessible way out of a venue that provided no support. According to staff there is support available but you have to ask before entering, I understand that not all venues are accessible but this was awful. My partner tried to advocate for me and she was ignored by staff. After asking the staff for a partial refund due to the inaccessibility of the venue the staff proceeded to lie about the amount of time we were in the venue, which was disproven by looking at our banks after leaving the venue. I would not recommend this venue to anyone with additional needs go to West Street Live they are amazing and accommodating.

Manny is the best guy out there, definatley in need of a promotion. Made sure to find my phone. Absolute legend. Also a really good venue good vibes. Manny helped us sm needs a car and a free kebabFood: 5/5

Went for my 21st last night and I had the best experience possible I booked a vip table and with it being my 21st they came out with a big board saying happy birthday, rose with sparklers and gems all over the table. They also gave a happy birthday card, the staff were absolutely amazing and made the whole night a night to remember as much as we could. My mother in law suffers with diabetes and unfortunately last night went into a hypo, the staff were absolutely amazing including the bouncers instantly running to get her a drink to get her sugar levels back up and all came together to make sure she was okay. All in all it was an amazing stay and we will all 100% be coming back.

Had a great night out last night definitely the best club to go to in Sheffield! Reign Saturdays will always be my night out, bouncers and bar staff were friendly, all staff top quality. Definitely recommend!

Very rude staff on door. They knew we was in a group and didn’t Let one person in the group through because it was “too full” yet they was letting other people in. We had tickets and was stamped. The woman bouncer was very aggressive to women most likely on coke would not not recommend coming here unless you like altercations.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - on 23/10/2021 we asked for a VIP table in the main area to celebrate a birthday - this table had a minimum spend of £200 and we were required to pay a £50 deposit. The deal was supposed to include queue jump: we ended up waiting outside longer than the actual queue. We then had to wait an hour for any drinks to arrive because our assigned waitress was useless. We paid £200 on the night on drinks and never saw our deposit again, despite the deal stating we would get the deposit back on drinks. We have had all our messages and emails of complaint ignored and no compensation or offer of deposit being returned. We all went home at 1am with the birthday completely ruined.

Stay well clear of this place!!!! Booked a table for a birthday and the bouncers didnt let one of my friends in and then basically targeted him all night long once they let him! No refund has been given after being in this place for about 1 hour spending over £250 on a table!!! Not organised and bouncers are terrible. After seeing the rest of the reviews the place speaks for it self. AVOID!
