Recently attended a cocktail masterclass which was very enjoyable. Made 3 different cocktails each during the session and had even more fun drinking them!
Nice place, good music, friendly staff and good cocktails. Sat night 2 for 1 offer on cocktails until 10pm.
Been here a few times and found it to be one of the nicest bars in Sheffield. Good modern music, always full, seems to draw a nice type of customer giving the place a good atmosphere. Never struggled getting a drink even when it has been really packed. There are a couple of rooms, which if memory serves correct each play different music.
One of the best if not the best nightclub in Sheffield. Recently had my Birthday party at Soyo. -The staff is very friendly and great at first service! -Drinks are cheap and are the real thing. -Pretty good cocktails -The security team are very professional and always smiling and welcoming anyone and everyone in. -The management team are always noticeable and about the club making sure everything is running smoothly and that everyone is happy. -The DJ is pretty good. You get professionals, students from all over the world, and even mature people in the club. Really good environment 5/5
My girlfriends and I went there for a couple of cocktails last Saturday. None of us have ever been there before but being located at the city centre it was the closest to where we had dinner. I liked the fact that it was a themed Funk night as I enjoy that type of music. Unfortunately my friends weren't so impressed but the good cocktails and friendly people made up for that. Not really the best club I've been to but we had a pretty good night and that's all that matters.
Soyo is by far the best club for value of money. Brilliant for going on dates as the cocktail menu is so good! Would highly recommend, staff were also very quick with service along with good chat, which made the process seem quicker. Would defo say a weekend is worth going Soyo and they’re open till 4, which is more of a reason to go.
Came here on a Saturday night and it was lovely, amazing music and a great vibe. Bar staff were hilarious and clearly enjoying themselves, drinks weren't too expensive and just a great place. Loved the dancefloor area but also places to sit down
Soyo is the best bar/club I have been to in Sheffield! With a wide range of cocktails, amazing vibes, friendly staff who always go the extra mile. I had my 21st birthday here and I can honestly say I was treated like such a vip!! Deffo the best place in Sheffield, will always recommend :
Bouncer's have no sense of humour, We're in Sheffield, People are friendly, you need new bouncers Response to your reply: A poor excuse that's 3 months too late. Perhaps you could have looked into this further rather than insinuating our group was troublesome. There's numerous other people who have also reviewed your bouncers as being rude, there's no smoke without fire. I appreciate there's a limit to your control of what your bouncers are like on the day but when you get feedback like this you need to be acting on it to avoid it tarnishing your business's reputation. And it's not right to leave these bouncers to continue rudely lording it over people and abusing their powers. I'm happy to discuss my experience in more detail if you wish and will reassess my review should the right action be taken.
Busy, loud, fun, but full of punk's. Had a great time but there are a lot of tools around in this place. Beer is expensive for what you get. Music is good though!
