Had our wedding 10th July 2021. The venue is amazing. The food was excellent for our wedding breakfast well done Relish Liverpool. The staff on the day was so helpful and made our wedding so special. Only criticism was had so many changes to wedding planner but in the end all went well. KRN events decorated our venue and they did such an amazing job, highly recommend. Family and friends loved the views and the rooms. The gentleman at reception made all our guests feel so welcoming. If you want a day to remember book the Venue Royal Liver Buildings
Loved this 70 minute tour and learned that the Liver Building was the first ever skyscraper in England! The light show was absolutely amazing, emotional and it depicted Liverpool very accurately. The views over the city, waterfront and beyond are fabulous. Makes me so proud to be a Scouser.
I really liked this building as if I liked it here and I have taken a lot of photos here I have enjoyed my amazing experience in the Liverpool... The Royal liver...
Had our wedding here 14 Oct 2023. 90 day guests & 140 guests at night. We thought it had been planned to precision only to have the day a disaster. It was if we turned up & they had forgot we were coming. Delay in allowing guests into the venue meant we had no ushers & flower girls denied access to the wedding room to get changed which we’d been promised use of. We were delayed getting married by 30 mins due to staff not being prepared. They were still tidying up from the night before when we arrived. The wedding breakfast tables had no linen as they hadn’t paid their supplier & our drinks order which we’d paid for months prior was delivered during our ceremony meaning delay in drinks reception with guests turfed outside whilst they took an hour to turn the room around. The sound system didn’t work for speeches & entrance music. All that we’d been promised was not delivered. Staff were like headless chickens & had lost control & out of their depth in managing a sizeable wedding. If only our wedding planners we had 5 during our 18 mth booking as staff move on had been there to manage the wedding, it might have been so different . We’d paid & ordered champagne for the wedding breakfast but this wasn’t provided until chased. Staff didn’t know how to dim the lights for the evening reception & extra mood lighting we had hired in at the venues suggestion was wasted. It was bright lights all night. They were no ladies toilets as they were blocked & out of use. A handwritten “do not use” stuck on the door. We found out that they had been aware of this for several days prior but they hadn’t thought to sort it. We finally received compensation for breach of contract, but only after months of legal threats & only received payment of our agreed damages after threatening them with a statutory demand & company wind up, 3 1/2 months after it being agreed. We didn’t want to do any negative reviews, and publicise our experience, but the stress & upset caused by their breach of contract & delay in them taking any responsibility meant we lost all respect for the company. A wedding is meant to be a once in a lifetime thing, but they let us down very badly. The plus side was the food. Their chef was excellent as the food was very good & that we are grateful for.
The most beautiful space to create your dream day. Thank you eternally Faye, Marcy and the phenomenal team.
Fabulous attraction on the famous mersey water front. A must do for scousers and tourist alike
If you're looking for an iconic wedding venue then there's none bigger the The Liver Buildings. We took a quick photo with the bride and groom and out Imperial Viscount before dropping them off. #liverbuildings #wedding #vintage #imperialviscount #liverpool #venue #barringtonsweddingcars
After 7 different wedding coordinators, last one on the wedding day thankfully the day went great. Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying a bar tab upfront. No one wants to answer my calls or my emails. They owe me over £450 but they just ignore my requests. If I do get hold of them I get empty promises. Would NOT recommend Venue at the liver building to anyone.
Very interesting tour of the new attraction to the Bell tower.
Great experience, informative and the views wete amazing.
