Excellent customer service, very impressed! They are disability friendly and keen to make everyone feel welcome and happy. We had a table for 12 which they decorated with the banners we bought in earlier, nothing was too much trouble but they don't allow indoor fireworks because if a sensitive smoke alarm so they even provided a birthday candle for the cake we brought along. We all chose from the three course pre-theatre dinner menu and all of us enjoyed everything we ate. It was delicious and plentiful and very very good value for the price. I clumsily knocked over a glass of red wine, sorry, and that was cleared without a fuss. They even let my husband and I sir an wait for a taxi at the end of the evening. We will definitely return.

Nice place and welcoming staff! Great selection of spirits and ok if you like beers/lagers but not much as much choice on the Ales / Bitters but suppose thats personal preference.

Excellent cocktails. Friendly staff - could have been a little more attentive as we would have gotten more drinks had the waitress come to the table a little more often. Excellent upsell of the Rev Card - we saved £40 on drinks.....! Limited options for dairy free but the club sandwich is a good choice
I visited with a group of friends in the run up to Christmas and although it's nice a clean I felt it had little character. The staff weren't particularly engaging and looked like they were clock watching for their shift to finish. Toilets were upstairs and I didn't see any facilities for people who may have difficulty in getting to them. Price was about average for the area. I would like to say I went at a fairly quiet time of so couldn't comment on the athmosphere during the busy times. This also might explain why the staff seemed so bored.
Great service, had the cocktail making class and my whole party said it is the best one we have been too. Good selection of drinks we could make & variety of games in between. Food was good as well & waitress who served us was really friendly & looked after us
We had our staff night out here last night. And we paid £15 each for the party food. The food came out and there was enough for 3 people. There was 11 of us. They gave us all one free drink and more food. It was not worth £165 we spent on the food. Defiantly not getting food from there again. The staff were great though very friendly.
Avoid at all costs. Paid for two cocktail boxes/booths. 2 of us had glass in our drinks, another girl got glass in her hand. Spent 20 minutes waiting for a manager. Refund refused. Incredibly rude staff. Apparently as my mouth wasn't bleeding they didn't feel the need to do anything about it. Absolutely disgusting.
Would not recommend this place for food. We came to Liverpool for a Hen Party and we already pre booked food and table a month before which was £15 pp. When on arrival we got stuck on a table in the drinking area with people leaning and shouting into our table, we requested to move to the quieter area which took 20 minutes after asking again to eventually get moved and then to have to wait 2 hours for our pre ordered food and they didn't have the correct order when it eventually got served
