Courteous and very friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere does need a facelift though. Meal was good. Be prepared to wait 10 - 20 minutes for your meal to be served.
Had dinner last night and was better than we anticipated. It was a gift which we were not looking forward to. We ate here 5 years ago and were not impressed. This time everything was much better and nicer, service very good. Cocktails great and not bad price. Food really good and nice atmosphere. Would definitely go again now.
Food was beautiful, I had the duck and it was cooked perfectly. Decor of restaurant was lovely with lots of open brick and contemporary art work on walls. Service was very good with helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like was the spotlight lighting over the tables because it irritated my eyes.
We came here for a wine tasting and meal for my dad's birthday. The wine tasting was really fun and the meal was delicious. Nice to have a three course meal without enormous portions but good flavour. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. All round a great treat for my dad.
It is really run down which is such a shame as the building is fantastic. We had a groupon voucher, 3 courses and a drink £15. The food was okay but all of it needed salt really badly and they didn't put any on the table which suggests you wouldn't need it so had to ask for some. The seats are banquet chairs so not great. The toilets were grim. The toilet seat was broken and just on the floor. All in all it just really needs some money and love
Generally a lovely venue, hire a booth for my partner birthday party. Unfortunately the service provided in the booth hire isn't as consistent as the dining area. The staff needed a lot of prompting, reminding about what was ordered, chasing up on the day and ensuring they did as mentioned. If I hadn't done this, it could have been a dreadful evening.
Nice restaurant, decent food. The service wasn't bad at all, besides one mistake with our bill at the end of the evening. The waitress was very kind about it and took care of the problem right away. Overall, we had a great time.
Very nice space! I visited here because of a gorupon voucher. Their duck is simply amazing. oh my gosh! Their drinks are not watered down like most places and the price isn't bad. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really nice place. I'll be visiting again.
Worst service on Earth. We hosted a happy hour for our customers there in the beginning of April. Pre-paying it with a credit card from abroad was a nightmare. It's the end of May now and I still can't get the payment receipt. I've called, I've emails multiple times, I am behind all the deadlines for the fin reports - no one cares. No one ever answers emails, when you call they say something like "I am not in the restaurant now" or "I am not in front of the PC" and then get lost. I do not what's the dining experience there like but NEVER HOST A PRIVATE EVENT THERE! Too many headaches before and after.
Nice place but don't trust anything found to be kept. They've found my £80 jacket after a night. I had a conversation on Facebook and they confirm they had it. They then quietly decided to dispose of it whilst I was not in a position to pick it up on time. I'm talking about a week time. All I have received for apologies was blame. Bad experience.
