Fantastic service!!!!!! From start to finish, my partner and I came across the vault from looking at places to eat locally, as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a nice chap called Aaron, he then showed us to our seats and even pulled the chairs out for us #extrapoints..... FOOD was excellent we got the Sunday roast and tried to save a little for dessert but the selection of meats was just to much! Overall 5star we will be visiting again Many thanks guys!!!

8 of us went out for a meal we sat in a booth, the service was not very good , to serve drinks the waitress passed them from the booth behind over our heads rather than from the end of the table which was rather uncomfortable. My friend asked if the mussels were of a good size before ordering and was told yes, when they arrived they were the tiniest mussels we have ever seen smaller than a pea!! , and the sauce tasteless, no one came to ask if the meal was OK so we had to call them over, the waiter had no idea what to do , eventually having been told by us that she should be offered an alternative, he finally asked but by this time my friend said not to bother so ended up not eating, he said he would feed this back to the chef and came back with the chef response that these were standard? My lasagna was Luke warm and those of us that ordered sauces with the parmo didn't receive them, we had to call over to ask for drinks and then after eating sat without drinks so decided to leave. We asked to speak to the chef but he was too busy to come out of the kitchen leaving his waiting staff to deal with his mistakes We only catch up once in a while and the night was spoilt by silly mistakes which could have been easily rectified if basic customer service practices were followed

Lovely relaxed atmos. Lovely food. You are told the table is yours for two hours so no rushing just enjoying xxx

Lovely and cosy atmosphere. The service was very nice and polite. The food was lovely and good portions. I would definitely recommend it.
