Very prompt bar service from happy friendly bar staff. Ordered food via the app & again the delivery of the included drinks was friendly & quick. The food was very good for the price paid & the pub is not tired & worn like some Spoons can be. My 3rd pint was a 5% Oakham brewery Sunset pale ale at an amazing price of £1.79 - part of Spoons beef festival. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this pub should we find ourselves in the area again.
This was a fantastic spot for lunch, with pillars going up the ceiling as well as funnels that represent Redcar's industrial history! The frames on the wall display the ships for this dock town, counter is well-presented too. I had a chicken wrap with chips and Leffe that really hit the spice mark, enjoying the comfortable and clean table too!
We visited this lovely Wetherspoons pub on a Sunday morning and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and we were served promptly. The food was delicious and piping hot. There was plenty of seating available and the pub was very clean and well maintained.
Mariann is very helpful , a friendly and efficient member of staff. Credit to the company. Wheelchair access was very good and easy to get around , the access was good from the front door to the beer garden . My only criticism from a purely selfish point of view is that an automatic door entrance would be perfect as I would find it difficult to go without my carer.
Called into The Plimsoll Line in Redcar Town for a well earned drink and food after the bracing wind of the North Sea.
