A fairly busy on a Tuesday early evening Wetherspoons pub. I was alone and felt the layout was 100% set up for people wanting meals which was a little off putting. Even getting to the bar was a battle through dining tablesnnGood choice of beers and very cheap prices as you would expect.
Visit here normally once a week but some times the staff are slow serving and clearing tables when it gets busy ie last friday 3 x hrs to clear a table we put plTes on so we could sit down then 4 beind the bar with one serving and 3 x doing online orders.
Apart from our food been cleared whilst I was taking the little ones to the toilet it was ok. They quickly resolved with fresh food. We spent a few days at Redcar and enjoyed breakfast and evening meal with drinks here.
Very prompt bar service from happy friendly bar staff. Ordered food via the app & again the delivery of the included drinks was friendly & quick. The food was very good for the price paid & the pub is not tired & worn like some Spoons can be. My 3rd pint was a 5% Oakham brewery Sunset pale ale at an amazing price of £1.79 - part of Spoons beef festival. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this pub should we find ourselves in the area again.
We visited this lovely Wetherspoons pub on a Sunday morning and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and we were served promptly. The food was delicious and piping hot. There was plenty of seating available and the pub was very clean and well maintained.
