I just wanted to say thank you very much to Diane in your Lytham store for being so patient and giving me excellent advice when I came into your store last Saturday. She took her time with me and explained the differences between the kits and I left with what I felt was a great deal (the e leaf I stick £49.99 bundle). I finished the last of my cigarettes that day and then started gaping and where I've tried to vape before with a cheap kit and didn't like it, this time I did so with confidence. I enjoy gaping now and have not had a cigarette since which I feel is a major achievement from 20+ per day.

While the rest of the customer service was top notch, vendor working the counter at Houndshill lied when asked if the e-liquids were made in the UK.

It was only later after I bought their kit with included liquids and had vaped for a bit that I noticed all the e-liquids included are Chinese made.

1 star for not being upfront or knowledgeable when asked specifically about origin.

Lovely customer service and decent quality juice at a reasonable price! (tried the 30ml 80% VG in Banana Custard and Blueberry Muffin)
