Great service for over 4 years. They look after my business computers and have always sorted issues at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Took my notebook in on Wednesday, told I would be contacted, I rang the following Wednesday to enquire, asked to hold, after a few minutes, yes the screen is blank when turned on, a new ribbon £8, complete strip down, total cost£85, I collected my notebook the following day, removed the back, cleaned the points on ribbon connection, it works.not impressed. My pal had a look and he got widows to fire up.

Excellent Service!  Job turned out to be very tedious and time-consuming but he stuck with original quote and did an great job.  Recommended A++

Took my one year old I phone 6 s plus here to have a smashed screen replaced! 12 DAYS later and 2 faulty screens later my I phone was handed back to me with the touch recognition button broken and a battery which now lasts 8 hours if I'm lucky!!!! I had an extremely stressful experience with this shop and would NEVER go there again!!!!! Would rate No stars if it would let me!!!!!

I must say that my experience with them was extremely good and I found them tremendously helpful. :-)

I had an 18 month HP laptop where the hard drive failed catastrophically. I'm pretty competent on computers but knew it was bad when Windows wouldn't load, and nor could it repair itself in advanced settings or safe mode. It was a pretty desperate situation as I had stupidly not backed up my Outlook PST file or documents for a considerable amount of time. 

CTC managed to find my PST file, repair the file and they also found all my documents. They then put it on a memory stick for me.

I would definitely use them again! :-)  Recommended without hesitation.
