Disgusting store and worse staff. Why isn't there a minus star rating? Staff always on mobile phones and more concerned about taking selfies behind the till instead of serving customers. Isles over stocked and prices always wrong. Don't bother asking for any assistance from staff, I have on 3 separate occasions needed the self scan sorting out only to be told "1 min I've gotta post this first" definately the worse Tesco I've been in within Blackpool. The short walk to lidl has always been worth it for the better customer experience and pleasant staff. The only Tesco that is worth shopping at is the big store as staff there care about doing a good job and giving you a better shopping experience.

Neither auto-till taking cash, short changed by staff, complained, 2 of them went upstairs to find the receipt I wasn't offered or given, told it will confirm what I was given, of course it won't, it can't, it will show what I should have been given, meanwhile I'm left standing there with a take away in the car going cold, staff not interested, after 1o mins or so I left fuming. Typical Tesco customer care and service - there is none. This on top of the fact that a week or so Tesco were still showing a discount ed price whaich wasn't reflected at the til and that 4 weeks after there had been a major report about their scams at the tils. My last visit to Tesco for sure. Disgusting but not surprising. Still angry 14 mins later I rang this Tesco and got an apology and offered double refund of my overcharged amount. That sorts this problem but doesn't change the fact that Tesco's attitude to customers is a culture of uncaring. Take heed Tesco - Aldi and Lidl are taking your business - good for them.

Good little store however it's managed terribly, they stock shelves with every item of the delivery in the store so you cannot get anywhere, but they also cannot make any fresh croissants either, they usually look half done

Tesco express has higher prices for the same goods than a Tesco supermarket.
