I had a faulty dishwasher. The repairman from !st Choice took the bottom panel off the machine and said it needed a new Heating Element. The next day I had a phone call saying, "We can't get a replacement part but we can sell you a new dishwasher. Oh, and there is a call out charge of £24 for the visit yesterday." Five minutes on the internet I found 2 companies selling a brand new compatible part.. Fitted it myself and the machine works perfectly. Rip off company.

I have bought appliances from this firm and have been very pleased with their customer service. I had a puzzling problem with our built in freezer (not fitted by them) so asked them to have a look. Carlton, the engineer, thought outside the box to find a solution! Brilliant! Use this local shop for great service.

Excellent service from first contact, same day service, the engineers very polite, accommodating and explained the problem (oven element needed to be replaced). Will definitely be visiting the shop again and will be my first choice for contacting if I have another problem. Thank you
