We purchased a reconditioned Dyson V6 animal. The guy was really helpful and went through all the features,  how to take it apart, cleaning it etc which was great as we have only ever had a cylinder vac before. Definitely recommend

Highly recommend this place I'm a carpet & upholstery buisness ABC CLEANING SERVICES ALDRIDGE www.abc-cleaning-services.co.uk When my pumps go on my machinery the turnaround to get the pump ordered delivered and fixed all happen within one day. The owner super quick in sorting the situation as well. The only slight minus thing for me is there are two guys in the shop one very polite the other one not so nice and not very approachable? If the one guy could just try and be nicer no negatives at all for this buisness. Highly recommended

Could not repair Dyson cleaning head after inspection. Charged me £75 for a new one. Checked price later online and it is available for £52. Even on the Dyson website they were £55. Gave me a refund with no question.

A fantastic job carried out on my Miele vacuum cleaner,  it's just like new.  Great job done,  quickly and good price.  Don't go anywhere else,  they're amazing.

One tubes on my Dyson split, I initially messaged and got a quick response confirming it was easy fix. They are upfront about pricing, I had my Dyson given a mot and acceptanced the additional repairs suggested. The staff are polite and knowledgable. When I was in I did ask about cordless ones they sell and again explained about machines and never felt pressured into buying which is always well received. I don't want my vacuums to break but it's great to know that this place exists and instead throwing away for new I can get a good repair.
