One tubes on my Dyson split, I initially messaged and got a quick response confirming it was easy fix. They are upfront about pricing, I had my Dyson given a mot and acceptanced the additional repairs suggested. The staff are polite and knowledgable. When I was in I did ask about cordless ones they sell and again explained about machines and never felt pressured into buying which is always well received. I don't want my vacuums to break but it's great to know that this place exists and instead throwing away for new I can get a good repair.
I had my commercial carpet cleaning machine repaired here recently. The staff are very friendly and the service is first class. Keep up the good work!

I was really pleased with my experience at the vac clinic! I dropped it in on Monday and it was ready by Wednesday. The inspection was free and the cost of repair and service was reasonable. Excellent communication and friendly service. Would recommend.

A prompt and thorough repair and service of my vacuum cleaner. They even gave a complementary repair of the hose. I collected my vac just 5 or 10 mins before they closed. I decided to take the bus home rather than wait for a taxi. And then it started to rain. I was offered a couple of bin bags and the nice man very kindly covered my vac for me. He took care to cover it properly, knotting and testing that it’d hold up. He was patient, friendly and kind despite it being closing time. It felt really good to have old fashioned service like that. When I got home, I was speaking with a neighbour. She told me of the above and beyond service that she’d received when buying a few vacuum cleaner bags. She was surprised and touched by the research that had been done on her behalf to make sure that she had the correct item for a vac that she’d borrowed from a friend. HIGHLY recommended! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my future vac repair needs.
Always go here for vacuum cleaner parts and repairs. The staff are very experienced and helpful and can advise if you have questions. They sell new and reconditioned cleaners, so you can get a good value machine.
