Story

The inspiration for MinMin derived from a friend who was curious to know how to pronounce the word 'noodles' in chinese. We like the name so much that we decided to call our noodle bar MinMin.

Our love of noodles and frequent trips to Hong Kong meant that we were always finding new and exciting local cafes on every street corner that sells authentic, simple and tasty noodle soup.

This inspired us to open MinMin using noodles that are specially sourced and imported from Hong Kong, from a well known and popular manufacture that have over 50 years of experience producing noodles of a particularly high standard in quality and taste. Noodles are loved by everyone young and old; it is a simple dish that can be eaten everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Our food also has Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese influences which is food we love to eat during our travels and on this note we like to take you on these travel journeys and created a menu for you to discover and experience at MinMin.

Great tasting noodle dishes. Available for takeaway and deliveroo. Tried the triple roast crispy noodles and hor fun. Both were very delicious. The owner said they'd be opening up for open air seating in April so keep an eye out. Free parking outside too. Can't wait to return to try more.
The massaman curry is so good, the belly pork ramen was excellent to definitely recommend MinMin I will be back :D

Been here several times during the eat out to help out scheme and every time has been great. Very friendly staff, fantastic food and welcoming atmosphere. Always busy which is testament to how nice it is there. I recommend the miso soup or garlic chilli chicken.
Really friendly staff and great food i can't really say much other than give it a try if you haven't already.
Such an amazing independent restaurant! We have been eating at MinMin since they originally opened in town, and it's great to see their new location is just as good. The Cheung Fun are incredible and the mains are all fresh and high quality. The aubergine with pork is definitely a must try too.
Min min comes back with a slightly different menu yet very tasty dishes and generous portions. The environment is nice and friendly but the location is not as convenient for people who live in Birmingham city centre. Also, schedule is a bit restrictive as it closes at 9pm on Saturdays.
Delicious and tasty food with great service and Covid Covid safe. Highly recommended.
