Place was ok but not the best.  Had afternoon tea at £20 per person. Cheesecake was delicious, muffin a bit dry and had whipped cream instead of clotted cream with scone! Also lovely day, and it has outside seating, but not allowed to have this outside,  which was disappointing.

Nice, calm atmosphere, friendly staff, they are very quite almost no one else. Beautiful decor and Christmas tree. Limited options for afternoon tea. Clean, peaceful place to sit and have a chat with friends,  very close to Station so easy to get to. Good value for money. Definitely recommend.

Such lovely staff so obliging to me. Again deserted of human life as we knew it before C virus!!!! Excellent to sit outside and enjoy London

A great day out. We were running a little late but were made to feel at ease straightaway by the staff. Lovely tea..and great service

Firstly, the service here was top notch. The staff were attentive, helpful, and considerate. We went for a brunch and there was lots of starters and desserts. Really lovely fresh salads. It was a nice setting too. Oh, and good coffee from Volcano coffee works.

Delicious snack before walking to Oxford Street. Prompt service today, food spot on too.

Very pleasant staff, ambience could do with some attention. The Afternoon tea is Ok, normal lay out, all was freshly made.
