Was planning on going to the popular cafe next door but the line was over 2 hours and so we decided to to give this place a go as the food looked good and it was busy but no queue. Very happy that we did as it was a lovely breakfast. The full English had everything you could want and was fresh. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was lovely too. Amazing bubble and squeak. Don’t bother waiting in the queue for next door. Come here!
Landed there by chance, as we were in a venue nearby and just wanted lunch. We weren't disappointed. Amazing food, good and simple choice. It has a sweet charm of an old tavern and holiday cafe mixed in one which added to an atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables outside and there is a possibility to access tables inside. There will be an issue with the toilet as it is downstairs with no lift access.
This is a real find. So good that we've returned to it several times when we've been in London. We turned up yesterday and although they were busy, the staff couldn't have been nicer even helping us in with our luggage! The food was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. This is just how a small business should be run... congratulations! Vegetarian options: Our son had a first class vegetarian breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it!
This is better than the famous neighbour by a significant amount. Incredible value, excellent food and wonderful service! Will be back!
A very humble cafe in east London next to the big famous one, however I do prefer cafe 338. One of the best breakfasts in London, perfect for a hangover treat or a brunch with friends!Food: 5/5
I’m finally back after a few years to one of my favourite fry ups in London. Delicious breakfast options, my go-to place for a classic full English. But they also have many other options, including vegetarian options and pancakes. Coffee is ok. Staff is nice and polite, service is good and efficient. Definitely recommended for a good classic English breakfast! Also very good value for money.
The biggest menu, great quality, so reasonably priced and no queue on the Saturday we went unlike similarly rated places down the road. Highly recommend if you’re in the Bethnal Green area for brunch! We had the veg pancakes breakkie, build your own breakkie, portion of toast a must! two flat whites and a banana milkshake and was £27 total!

Excellent venue for a breakfast or brunch. Generous portions, good value and tasty. A wide variety of meal options and a lot of scope for customising your meal which isn’t as common in other places. Staff are efficient and friendly. I had the 3 pancakes with maple syrup & fruit and I added extra liver & 2 scrambled egg. My friends had menu 1 on the pancake menu, 3 pancakes with maple syrup, ice cream & fruit and the Avocado Santa Brunch with Turkey bacon instead of bacon. Will definitely visit again.
Strongly recommended. The price is very reasonable. Can’t believe it’s in the central London! Atmosphere and the food is super good, also service was nice. Staffs checked regularly we need something else. I went there bc it’s my friends fav place, and it was a really good choiceFood: 5/5
