Took my 13 week old puppy in as an emergency, the reception staff , nurses and vets were all amazing from the minute we walked through the door not only for the fact they saved my little puppies life but they were very attentive to me also as they could see how upset I was. My puppy was in intensive care for 3 days, the staff would phone me every morning to give me an update and were happy for me to phone at any time . Inside is immaculate and there are private rooms available for consultations where I was allowed to come and visit her and stay as long as I wanted. It was my first visit and as I drove in I went through the barrier and spent a good 15 minutes trying to find the small animal hospital which was on the right before the barrier so had to drive bk through as it wasn't very well signposted, my only criticism is that it could do with a bigger , more prominent sign, if you don't know where you are going once you go through the barrier it is like a maze.

Staff were amazing can't fault them in any way very helpful explained everything that was going to happen to my baby girl can't thank them enough they really looked after Roxy x
