My greyhound required urgent surgery after a freak accident. Despite it being a busy Bank Holiday Monday, staff worked on late to ensure the procedure was completed. The aftercare in the following weeks was also first class. I can't commend this practice enough. Polite, professional & empathic staff, thank you.
