Was referred to Vets Now as an emergency when my vet was closed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My beloved 16 year old staffie girl sadly had to be put to sleep. The vet was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. They gave me as much time as I needed and the chance for my daughter to come to the hospital too. They were very professional and I can't fault the aftercare service either.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Sadly our little cat was rushed in and passed on, the vets where so gentle and done the best they could for her and where so lovely helping us arrange what to do next and took their time with us. Can not thank the staff and vets more for everything. ☆☆☆☆☆

Reception staff are all lovely and the medical staff appear genuinely concerned regards the welfare of your pet AND you, a sick pet can be quite emotional time for the owners. Free parking to rear gets busy however double parking is permitted just let reception aware you have done this so car can be moved if need be. Coffee vouchers for bar diner next door are issued so you can wait for your pets treatment to be completed. Please make sure your pet insurance is up to date and does not have 'treatment caps'

Very professional and helpful. Completely had my puppy's best interests at heart. Highly recommended.

Awesome staff cannot thank them enough for the help they have given us with both our cat Toby and our dog Tai. Great job guys and so caring
