Visited this pub Whilst staying across the road In a caravan. As soon as I entered I was welcomed by friendly staff who were quick to take our order, we stayed for lunch and had 4oz gammon steak meals, Dirty Fries, cowboy burger and a kids cheese burger meal. The food tasted great no complaints from anyone. The drinks were also good nice and fizzy. In total we spent £50.30 so about £10 per head. I later visited this pub to watch some football, they have a large screen outside with plenty of tables. Will be visiting again!
Been here 4 times now and oh my! - You get the best ever Sunday Roast here! Desserts are really really good too Very busy but highly recommended.
We had the Sunday lunch and it was excellent, great quality sides and lovely roast potatoes also loads of meat in fact too much, so we took home for dog, staff really friendly and lots of parking. Really clean and well looked after. It had kids area when we visited with bouncy castles. One we will be visiting again for sure.
Had a lovely meal here, went at about 7pm was so busy and had to wait over 2hrs for food but it was well worth the wait.. food came out hot and lovely.
We were in skegness for our half term holiday and booked the table the night before. We arrived a little early but our table was ready. Service was outstanding, the manager was very friendly even though they were rushed off their feet. Due to them being busy, there was a wait for food which we were made aware of before we placed our order. The wait didn't bother us and the food was worth it. All our food was delicious. Also one of us is gluten free but having a non gluten containing menu made it so much easier. If we lived in skegness this would most definitely be our local! Thank you
We went while on holiday for the pub quiz. Was very busy and can see why. Food was spot on. All staff were very friendly. Our son was fascinated with the game play your cards right. The man was kind enough to let him have a game at the end of the night.
This is our 4th visit here within the last 6 weeks with our children and it's now our favourite place to eat out with the kids, staff are all fantastic, they interact with the children when serving us, always polite and helpful. Delicious well cooked food and a great option to choose from. Absolutely love how the kids menus has 3 choices of meal sizes to chose from too, as we have 3 kids that all eat different size portions, this is great, it saves money! And saves food waste! With kids deserts also only being £1.25, it's fantastic! Tables have always been clean upon arriving, toilets are always clean&tidy. Nice atmosphere. as a family with young children we love how the 'just for drinking' area is separate to people dining! Hot Food is always served pretty rapidly after ordering too! & Desserts have been severed pretty much instantly after ordering which again is great when you have impatient young children! We have also come as a family of 12 before and all food was ordered at different times but brought out together , still perfectly cooked & delicious, which is rare to find a restaurant that cooks every single meal faultless on a very large order!. Great restaurant, will be coming back very soon! X Even considering booking for Christmas day as we enjoy it so much here!
Came for dinner while on holiday with my daughter. All staff were brilliant, very knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly friendly. Food was spot on including slight changes we'd made and was topped off with dessert to bring back with us because my daughter got too tired. Would recommend to anyone in the area, tourist or not. Thank you to Dennis and the team.
Fab food fab staff and reasonably priced too. Lou was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. However some of the bar staff need to wake up and know who needs to be served next. Well done. 10/09/2022
Went for a meal on Sunday and have to say we could not fault the quality of the food or the staff. They were all friendly and made us very welcome. The pub has a welcoming ambiance and is spotlessly clean. The food was excellent quality, cooked to order and very hot. We will definitely be returning soon
