Very good place if you are looking for something to have on the go or want to have a party with your family. The food is great and the staff's are friendly and helpful.

Helpful and friendly staff.  Food always very good and fairly priced.   Order online or in store. Never had a bad experience when using over the last 4 years.  The Persian curry is a nice alternative to korma.

We ordered from Titash for the first time (and last time) tonight through Just Eat. The website said orders could take up to 60 minutes to be delivered. After an hour and a half I rang the restaurant and was told the food would be with me in 15-20 minutes. I presumed this meant it was out for delivery as it would take about 15 minutes to drive to my house. 50 minutes later they called to tell me they had no King Prawns (they hadn't even made my food yet). I can understand that these things happen and some nights are busy but I waited nearly 2 and a half hours before they told me they didn't have the ingredients to make my meal and they lied when they said the food would be with me in 15-20 minutes. They did ask if I wanted anything else but I had searched many menus for that particular dish, I don't eat meat so I asked to cancel. At first they didn't want to cancel as they had made my partners food already but eventually they agreed and I had to contact Just Eat for a refund. I think its important to manage customer expectations, if they had called and told me they had no prawns and that there was a long wait for food I could have ordered from somewhere else and I may have tried them again in the future. Hopefully they will learn from this but I won't be ordering from them again.
