I came in tonight and was served by a lovely young lady. I ordered a fish and the woman was very happy to help. The curry was really good and the fish was amazing! Staff are very happy and helpful will definitely return. Amazing atmosphere tonight

Went in this morning for my regular fish chips and peas. It was amazing and I have missed it so much. So glad to see such an amazing reopen as it’s such a transformation. The ladies are always so happy and lovely. Thank you happy frier! You have a very happy customer and you have been missed.

Tasteless cardboard chips and fish are very small and greasy. Shame because it's such a clean chippy. I should add that the fish was virtually all batter and the chips were like scraps. Proper teeth breaking hard chips. It was an evening visit so most likely left overs. I had to throw the lot in the bin when I got home, so no excuses please.

To be honest I don’t understand the poor reviews. I’ve always found the staff friendly and helpful. I think the food really good. I’ve missed them while they’ve been closed and glad to see them back

The best chippy going, the staff are lovely and they sell the best food!! Absolutely immaculate, so glad they are now open again!! never fail to impress.
