Good drink selection, if a tad limited. Amazing atmosphere on a Friday and Saturday night; karaoke is loads of fun no matter what your voice sounds like! It's all about the confidence, not talent. Bar staff are always friendly and engaged, and happy to be part of the vibe. What else could you ask for, really? "How much did you spend" is based on multiple people ordering multiple drinks at roughly £5-6 per drink - we stayed long enough and always do! to support this local business, and make nights in Sheffield more than just bars where getting trashed and gyrating madly is the norm. Vive le Karaoke!
Cozy and comfortable joint to get a beer and catch up with friends. The triangular front seating region that is elevated with windows on all sides offers a fun spot to drink. Really enjoyed the Titanic plum porter on cask.
Excellent pub. Good beer, wine selection. Pies are absolutely amazing. Had the steak and ale pie with chips. The pie was delicious with lots of meat and very flavoursome. Staff were all very friendly. The doors are open so lots of air and outside seating too
Been here a few times on my way to and from Kelham island. I love sitting in the triangular corner watching the world go by. This is a CAMRA heritage pub serving a range of excellent real ales. I had their house bitter; three tuns. Well worth a visit.
Must be at least 35 years since I've been in here, and thankfully still a great pub. Good selection of beers, polite staff, didn't have any food but it looked nicely presented. I will definitely be going back when I'm next in Sheffield.Service: 5/5
Popped in for a drink or two to meet a friend. If we lived closer, this would be a regular spot for us. Paul was very welcoming and happy to have a chat. Ably assisted by Rebel the longest of bois, we really enjoyed the selection of drinks on offer and the general vibe of the place. When we're back in Sheffield, we'll make a point of stopping in again. It should be on anyone's "must visit" list for Sheffield! Parking: Pennine Five is right across the road, and there's paid on-street parking right outside.
Have ended up here a few times for karaoke. It feels very inclusive. Drinks are good. Prices are good. Toilets could do with a revamp.
I hadn't been here for a few years and I was very pleased to find it's still as good as it was compared to the last time I visited. Great service and atmosphere with a good range of beers to choose fromService: 5/5
Not been here for a long time. Bigger on the inside than you'd expect. Looks like it's trying to get lots of activities going on. Pleasant place. Worth a try.Food: 4/5
Very nice pub with great atmosphere and awesome staff. They don't have food but are okay with you ordering in from elsewhere.Service: 5/5
