Good service and great beers at good value. Old fashioned pub decor and ambience and we got the prime table in the window corner so had a great time.
Nice pub, friendly, not expensive, 6 Nations Rugby on TV, only visiting Sheffield for one night and found this local to the hotel
Lovely traditional pub. Feels really cosy and welcoming inside, and pints are very reasonably priced.
We went here in July when staying at the Hilton across the road. There was a good selection of beers, and had a great pub feel. There was also fab food- particularly the pork pies!
I think this is my favourite pub in Sheffield by far, great atmosphere, due to staff and the size of the place which means it can't get too overcrowded. Great selection of beers and real ales too, winner all around.
