A nice location in the countryside with a large beer garden and outdoor decking. Nice inside too. However, they don't really cater for a customer who doesn't want to eat, unless you want to go outside. There are no barstools at either of the two bars and all tables are laid for lunch or dinner. The tables are pretty crammed in too. Menu okay but quite pricey.

It was a great, friendly and cosy place. The staff were lovely. We went for a hen do and used the private room out the back. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back with my family and would be happy to recommend it. I am a vegetarian and although the choice wasn't huge, what I did have was fantastic!

Place used to be really good but really let itself down on this visit. Big table of nine and we had really silly errors. Like lipstick left on glass and kids meals not brought out with adult mains like we asked. Not enough carvery tickets given and ice in drinks when asked for none. Allergy info was brilliant though and very happy to help with it. Just a few schoolboy errors.

An amazing pub. It feels so warm and cosy inside. Was very impressed with the service. The food is lovely. The Sunday carvery is fantastic. All cooked very well with lots of choices. Desserts are yummy as well.

The service was not great or good l thought your some of your staff could do with some manners, me and my guest waited to long for the food to come out to us, when my steak came to me I had to go and get my vegetables and then add insult i ordered a dessert 20mins early that never came we went and i told your barman this and he more or less Shrugged his shoulders and giving no apology I told him all the years I've been coming here this is the lousy service I've ever had ,, am I getting think the service was all that good either and he's been there a couple of times.
