Good atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The Wetherspoon app is a big bonus too if you want to order takeout or if you just want to order from your table before you got to the counter. Absolutely a great place to grab breakfast or coffee and sit down to relax or read.

This pub is in desperate need of redecoration and an outside seating area for the summer months. Unfortunately this Wetherspoons has been gradually going down hill over the last 24 months. The lack of staff at peak times means being served at the bar is appalling, leaving a ten minute wait at least and tables aren't cleared regularly leaving seating unavailable. Broken doors and windows make the whole building look shabby and undesirable. Tim Martin desperately needs to look at this place. Reasonably priced beer and good food is the only plus. This place could be so much more in a town that needs a good pub.

I enjoy quiet meals here in a relaxed cosy environment. Busy downstairs on a Weekend but quieter in the week.

It's a busy and we'll stocked wetherspoon pub. Convenient with well kept beers, and reasonable food.
