Not easy to get in at night and impossible to find out where breakfast is served as no staff on duty. Shower amazing. Beds comfy

Accommodation review only: Rooms were recently refurbished and clean throughout. New bathroom with very clean fixtures, plentiful soft clean towels and basic bulk-bought soap bar/shampoo/gel provided. Comfortable bed. Room was a single, very small, but adequate. Very warm! Not the fault of the hotel, but my downer on the stay was the (presumably) prostitute next door... abruptly woken up to what I thought were shouts of pain at 2am, only to hear an accompanying man! Never heard anything like it - so loud and horrifying... genuinely thought it was a porno being filmed! Afterwards the ‘guests’ decided to loudly chat and laugh until the small hours, so I managed to get very little sleep. Breakfast buffet was unfortunately a little sparse and lack-lustre, but cereal sufficed.

if all you need is somewhere to sleep that's clean, reasonably well located (i was going out in Kettering, it's 10-15 mins drive away), has a half-decent shower (with complementary toiletries) and bed plus free parking, then really this was perfect considering it was the cheapest place i could find. don't expect luxury or frills, do be satisfied with everything you needed for minimal outlay. i didn't try the breakfast, but i believe you can get a continental basket arranged.

Nice staff, food varies, ok overall and some really nice dishes (tapas better than main meal option) but room is always too hot or too cold, and chairs are quite uncomfortable. Good for midweek local eatery.
