Lived near this cafe for years but never actually used it. Went last night, order 3 drinks. All the staff were young, rude and had no manners. 2 members of staff were inappropriately kissing and cuddling behind the counter. The girl I was being served by was very rude, I asked for the drinks to be done in take away cups instead of mugs as she never even asked in the first place, she then proceeded to bang and slam mugs on the counter, handed me 2 drinks which awful and a hot can of Pepsi which was apparently out of a fridge. Went next door the cafes ice cream window, God knows why after the service on the first window. We were greeted by more young staff, all sullen faced and with no manners. Ordered 2 ice creams, the young girl behind the counter became very rude and sarcastic when it was pointed out to her that the cone she was about to fill was actually broken. She threw it to one side and used another and proceeded to mutter snide remarks and sarcastic comments whilst serving us our icecream. Both icecreams came in very old soggy cones that could barely even be chewed. Went in the bin along with the drinks. Definitely will not be returning
