This lovely cafe is now under new management and is wonderful, fresh homemade cooked meals, homemade cakes and a wide variety of sandwiches and baguettes. Don’t miss out on this one!

My partner and I visited "The Tea Room" this morning, in hope we'd enjoy our breakfast out. Unfortunately the local cafe we once enjoyed seemed no more. Trying to avoid contact with the sticky table below us, we were served our order with the upmost hospitality. A pot of tea between two consisted of 1x tea bag & a half-full pot of tepid water. A poor effort to undercook a microwaved jacket potato, garnished with limp/brown salad and topped with some worryingly pungent prawns. Small Full English Breakfast - 1 COLD tin tomato, a pile of COLD mushrooms, a 0.5cm slice of COLD burnt potato, 1 standard sausage & some bacon drowned in baked beans, that both of us are still struggling to believe were cooked at all. Sadly, we probably won't be returning.
