Good place for karaoke but the price is a little expensive. A lot of things are in chinesse and you need to change language. The staff is nice. The details of the drinks are good but the quality if the place can be improved.
I booked a 2 hour karaoke session as part of my hen activities and we all had so much fun we didn't want to leave! The room was nice, clean and spacious, and while some reviewers have critiqued the karaoke machine as not having enough choice, we thought there was more than enough to choose from. We also loved the surprise shots and sparklers that the team provided halfway through our session- a very fun and thoughtful touch! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Read the reviews of this place before I booked and was very excited, after my experience I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The karaoke machine is the worst device I have ever seen. Not even in English so couldn’t find the song we wanted. This was for my partners birthday, planned it for weeks, was absolutely ruined and not worth the price at all!!! The staff was lovely they deserve more stars.
The actual karaoke rooms are really cool, love the decor. The staff are very friendly however they seem very unprepared/undertrained - they didn’t even know which drinks/cocktails they served. Karaoke machine is in an asian language, really difficult to find songs you know & like. Youtube is available, but it’s tailored to asian audience, so not everything is available. Once they play, it’s not quite karaoke as it’s just the original soundtrack with the lyrics on the screen not an instrumental version. There was lots of microphone feedback, sometimes the music would stop altogether, and the tv screen even turned off timed out at one point. But, free shot if you leave a review ‍ Fun time with fun group, but overall, wouldn’t return
Not very good kareoke set up. Couldn't find any classics like ABBA or Britney and most of the lyric videos were in a variety of other languages but not English. Nice outside area though for a.rainy evening.
Perfect night out for a fab hen party. Excellent service, friendly polite and the rooms are really clean, high standard compared with all other Bristol Karaoke bars. Definitely book your next party or team building night out here!!
I just had a lovely night on a work's night out. We were a group of nurses that rarely get to celebrate together. However, the thing that really spoiled it was being charged £30 for a bottle of basic rose wine. It was barefoot wine that retails for £5.99 for a bottle in asda, so it really feel I was duped by this business. Such a shame.
A great venue. The karaoke booth was the best I've been in. Sound, visuals and lights were great. The karaoke software was good however the content let it down. There was too much content in other languages. Most karaoke classics were available, but with some notable exceptions. Frustratingly some songs had to be downloaded; they downloaded so slowly that most had not completed by the end of our 2 hours. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Would love to go back, especially if the content could be cleaned up and improved.

Great selection of songs although need to download Kate Nash Foundations cause it’s a tube! Moses was a great host, explained how to use everything well and even joined us for drunk in love cause he’s a massive legend
