Lovely people! And great food! There salt and chilli chicken is delicious! They recently updated there forks that are available for a small fee also, There much stronger, Which is much appreciated! Especially as I like to eat on the fly! :

I've had a great experience coming here both for chips and for Chinese. I have found the staff to be very nice and ordering over the phone was as easy if not more so than any other place I've ordered from. Vegetarian options: Certain items you might expect to be vegetarian do not have the vegetarian symbol next to it in the menu so be sure to carefully read it or ignore it and hope :P
We popped down today for our first try od the red onions food, we ordered 1x cheesy chips, with curry sauce, and one large chips with a large battered sausage, the chips were very nice, loved the curry sauce and a good amount of cheese on the chips, my partner can be fussy with chip shops battered sausages but he really enjoyed tonights food, will definitly come back again!
Best chips in south Bristol. Been going here for twenty years at least and it's not once let me down. Food is always perfect, quick to collect and the staff are lovely. I honestly wouldn't bother going anywhere else around here cos you'll be disappointed! Red onion is the one
Shop was very clean and tidy and the staff were lovely and friendly. Me and my partner ordered chips which were perfect. Saw a picture of sweet and sour chicken on the wall and it looked amazing so we ordered that and some curry sauce too. Had to laugh when we saw the sweet and sour because it was just finger shaped chicken balls and a cup of sweet and sour sauce. The curry sauce left a lot to be desired too as it had a thick layer of oil over the top. That being said the food tasted good and was made to order so nice and hot. Good value for money as long as you dont mind assembling your sweet and sour by yourself. Would definitely buy from here again but maybe I'll just stick to chips next time..
Been going to this Chinese takeaway for over 20+ years, and the food tastes amazing, i think its got too be one of the best in Bristol. The staff are very polite and friendly.
