The welcome was warm. The room exceeded our expectations and was pristine and modern. The staff were brilliant and really good with the kids and the food was excellent and very keenly priced, maybe even too cheap for what you get portion wise!nnWe will 100% be back. Thank you Nick and Team.

2nd visit in 1 week.  Had ran out of mac cheese.  My steak pie and mash was cold, and roast potatoes overcooked and greasy.  We waited 45 minutes for the food to be served, as they were giving priority to deliveries.  Really disappointed,  as the previous visit, the service was fast, and food was piping hot.

Service was top notch. Adrian at the bar could not have been more helpful. Clean, spacious, well priced rooms. Will definitely be back

Stopped in the town in our campervan, so came here for a couple of drinks and food, really friendly place, food was spot on, and good drinks

We've stayed in some fabulous hotels and the service has been less than expected.This absolute wee treasure surpassed our expectations.The room was basic but incredibly clean and  the beds comfortable. Even if these things had been disappointing the fabulous food and the incredibly friendly, hospitable staff would have more than made up for it.nWe along with our 2 dogs were made welcome, if you fancy feeling welcomed aren't too fussed about fancy rooms at ridiculous prices, then this absolutely is the best wee place to stay.nWe sat in the beer garden and I have to say the music was incredible too.nWell done guys,you really did impress.
