We had a wonderful evening, great atmosphere although felt strange walking into a private wedding party to use the ladies. Our meal was delicious from a very good selection of different dishes. Wine was good quality at a reasonable price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they had made a mistake with our bill by adding an extra bottle of wine, which was amended without any questioning.. 17/11/17.

An excellent gastro pub. The food was varied and first class. A great beers, very good service and a lovely setting. All you have to bring is an appetite and great company! Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the Swan Inn before doing the Land Rover Driving Experience at nearby Eastnor Castle. (It was about a 20 minute drive from the Hotel to Eastnor) We stayed on a Sunday evening so unfortunately the restaurant was not serving dinner but we had been advised of this before booking so had dinner elsewhere before checking in. We stayed in Pear room which was a good size. It was particularly cold when we visited but the room was warm and cozy as was the bar with its log burners. Breakfast was superb with some fantastic locally sourced ingredients. My only downsides would be the shower in the ensuite didn't have great pressure and due to a short shower hose it wasn't able to adjust in height much past my chin which made washing hair a little challenging. (I'm just over 6 ft) Also the mattress wasn't particularly comfortable but neither was a huge issue. Bar had a great selection of real ales and an extensive Gin Shelf.

Not the Pub that it used to be 25 years ago! It's definitely a restaurant now and not somewhere to go just for a drink.

Excellent food and atmosphere The food I here is excellent and very well priced. A nice take on a traditional English country pub. Highly recommended
