Great service. Vert friendly staff . Went in with a voucher we got as a present, and the man explained all of our options we could have . Easy to use and the food was amazing. We had mushrooms and boneless chicken as starters and Chinese pork belly sizzler and chicken sizzler .Food: 5/5
Pop in for a quick meal. Bar staff friendly, The atmosphere was ok for a Monday afternoon. Ordered the sirloin steak n chips. Food arrived in good time, tasty enough but my one complaint is that the steak was tiny. Chips and sides were good. The place was clean and the staff were busy cleaning tables. I would go back, just a shame that my steak was so tiny.

Friendly staff on arrival was told you can choose were to sit . We ordered drinks via the app and a starter followed my our main dinner . We did not wait very long for the drinks and then the starter arrived . Very nice, best one we have had in a while . Very nice garden bar with plenty of out door seating with a few open building with table and chairs. This place has some great offers from the menu or via the app . If you join via there app you get a five pounds code to use which was great . I would imagine this place would be very busy at weekends We will be going back soon. 27/04/2023 Visited today with having a new menu. It's gone down hill both starter and main were not nice . Hunters tortillas, and surf and turf both were not up to standards . Very disappointed

Staff efficient and pleasant. Great beer garden, but marred slightly by kids being left to run riot. Little if any parental control, climbing on the tables etc. It isn't designed as a kiddies play park but that's what it felt like. Even had to stop 2 5/6 yo kids going out the front gate onto Woodchurch Rd. Didn't eat.Service: 4/5
When arrived went bar told mature lady my birthday. No happiness expressed. Struggled ordering on app had to go to bar. Felt no fuss made even though told birthday celebration. Food cooked well and tasty. We brought a cake brought to table had to ask for serviettes. Still nothing from staff to make atmosphere happier. Asked for a table which had disabled people on we were at the top of pub! Toilet at bottom. My mum has a walker. Parking: Very large car park opposite pub disabled outside pub but limited with a skip in one spot at time of our visit in May.

We hadn't been the swan for quite a while, so we thought we would give it a go. We went out for tea early. There weren't many people in the pub so we got to sit where we wanted. We both chose burgers, my burger was so hard & over cooked, I got no salad with my tea, we had to ask for it. The salad came out quickly & we got an apology off a member of staff. I don't think we will be rushing back.
