I was impressed by how quickly I was able to get an appointment here, didn't have to wait the 4 weeks I have had to wait elsewhere. Staff seem friendly and there is plenty of parking. Unfortunately reception was unmanned and I ended up late for my appointment as no one came, even when I rang the bell. I am also disappointed that they seem to assume you will collect your prescription from the dispensary which closes at half 5 - As someone who works full time i.e. 9-5 I'm not sure how exactly I am supposed to be able to collect a prescription. I had to really push for the receptionist to let me have my prescription sent to another pharmacy, as I had arrived bang on half 5 and they tried to say I had to come back another day or get someone else to collect for me I have no one who can do this for me and I physically cannot get there any earlier unless I have annual leave. Really feel this could be improved simply by asking patients first if they are even able to collect before half 5 to save wasted time and journeys.
Their service unfortunately is getting worse and worse by the day. I really used to count myself lucky being a patient here but now I feel like I'm going to have to go elsewhere. Terrible attitude by receptionist, long wait times just to see a doctor and no checkups/follow ups at all. It's time to fix your practice and stop using COVID as an excuse for everything, if you can't manage it then let others come in who can.
Such an amazing surgery. Nothing is too much trouble.nAn update to this surgery. Once again visited twice in 2 months to receive absolute superb caring service. It such a relief to find a doctors who care for their patients and not just fob you off. Thank you to all the amazing staff from the receptionist squeezing us in, the doctors for their caring nature and attention to detail and following up on their patient's, through to the pharmacy who have your prescription ready and waiting for when you leave. There really isn't enough stars to give you for the care that you have shown myself and my family. A massive thank you.
Chaddesley residents are very fortunate to have the team of professionals available when needed. Doctors Evriviades, Ali and bramble first class service. I'm very thankful for their expertise.
