Book a telephone consultation ( only thing you can do now) only to have it cancelled (disappear) and no call with no explanation. I work over an hour away from the practice so no chance of seeing a doctor unless I take a day off work. THIS SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK. I would love to see the stats on missed doctor appointments (it works both ways) and the number of physical appointments given. Close the building and move the practice to a call centre in Swansea.

Fantastic service, never had trouble getting an appointment, they have commuter surgeries and with the introduction of the telephone screening I haven't needed to go in for consultations at all. I can't fault them.

0 stars if I could give it , I made an appointment first thing in the morning for a serious problem. i arrived 10 minutes before my appointment I then waited 45 minutes I then asked reception what was going on to be told they didn't know what had happened so I had to cancel the appointment as I had to return back to work after already losing an hours pay. I then had to book another appointment in the evening when I had the time to wait. disgusted in the service of care.

Impossible to get an appointment ot even to get a hold of them on the phone! If you have a job dont even bother!!!
