No appointments today. Phone at 8am. 8am 30th in queue. 30mins later 7th in queue. Phone disconnects. Call again. No appointments today. Call tomorrow 8am. Impossible to get even a phone call. Pharmacy helpful always. Letter to doctors from consultant not actioned by doctor for months.
Impossible to get an appointment..called a few days at 8:10 and and all appointments gone...not even telephone appointments? Really? you don't even get to speak with a receptionist anymore just the robot in an answer machine. If I could stop contributions to NHS I surely would, awful service since the pandemic started 3 years ago
Excellent service! Staff always friendly & helpful and GP's service has been first class. Brilliant throughout the pandemic too and the organisation of Covid & flu vaccines has been very well organised. Well done everyone; keep up the great service
Everything and everyone at this surgery is/are fantastic. All staff are always pleasant and helpful. GPS are fantastic, I've nothing but praise for this surgery, and unlike a lot of others they were accessible during the pandemic. I feel lucky that this is my doctors. Ok so appts aren't bookable online, but this is due to the surge in demand since the pandemic and I've no doubt will return to normal eventually. Would recommend in a heartbeat
Disgusting service, receptionist are rude and abrupt. They don't even let you speak before shutting your questions down. I understand that they're incredibly busy during this pandemic period but manners cost nothing. Phoned up to be told appointments can't be booked in advance which is rubbish as I've had appointments prebooked a few times over the last few months. Told to ring back at 8am when I'm at work and the lines are blocked and when you get through there's no appointments left and phone tomorrow. People are not bothering to phone up to get medical help as this is the service that we receive. I've now been trying to get an appointment for a week with no luck.
Stanmore house have been my Doctors for over 20 year years. Dr Menon was amazing, caring and kind but sadly she had to leave. The rest of the team are brilliant and show nothing but care and kindness. Well done to everyone at Stanmore house, keep up the great work. Bless you all.
After coming from a practice in the Wyre Forest Health Partnership group, I have nothing but praise for Stanmore House. They cant do enough for you and everyone is polite and friendly unlike WFHP practices who seem to think you should be honoured that they treat you. Wish I had moved to Stanmore House surgery years ago

Stanmore House has been my family practice for well over 34 years. My parents attend, I attend and my children attend. Overall my experience and that of our family is extremely positive, not only are the Drs knowledgeable but they seem to genuinely care about each individual case. I would rate 10/10 if I could.
