Staff are always welcoming and the service is great! Huge range of supplements and the price of Omega 3, magnesium, D3, Calcium amongst others are all substantially cheaper then all the local pharmacies.

I was barred out of here because I dropped  a few vitamins. I have multiple sclerosis, I am clumsy and tend to drop things. This was made worse by the fact that i had taken a seizure and I was only out of hospital a couple of days. I was still dazed and very uncoordinated. I also had a black eye which happened when i fell after being let out of the hospital on day release. The reason why I was in the  store was because I was looking for caffeine tablets as I had been taken off my stimulants due to the seizure. The cashier was clearly agitated because I was dropping things, which were made of plastic I might add. He did not drag me out of the shop but he put his hands on my elbows and forcibly removed me. The depression that followed the seizure was compounded by this incident . When I complained to a security guard in the Square. He told me that the cashier shouldn't have put his hands on me but that they couldn't do anything as the shop was not part of the Square. I think anybody else would have pursued this case. Unfortunately I just don't have the energy. Plus I have been constantly sick. I was very angry that day but really all that matters to me is being as healthy as I can. But I was treated absolutely horribly in this shop.

I foolishly didn't check the receipt before I left. The girl said it would be €1.80 per bar if I bought 18. It worked out at €1.95 per bar. Dishonest store I will not use again.

Not great service, delays in communication and overall customer experience twice.

Very well advised every time!
