Great experience with them. I needed a hoodie printed in a hurry. I sent an email with my requirements and got a response almost immediately with all the info that I needed. They only supply t-shirts so they advised me to supply my own hoodie. This was perfect as I was able to choose the exact hoodie that I wanted elsewhere. I dropped it in to them and they said they could have it done within two hours. I was very pleased with my printed hoodie. The colours are vibrant and the print looks durable. I had asked for some text to be added on the front of the hoodie and they took the time to match the font from the logo which I thought was a lovely touch. For anyone wondering, they are located on level 1 inside The Square. They are very close to Dealz.
Just had two welcome banners made for my Mrs and newborn baby. These guys done a great job and I have the say the service and quality is amazing. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Thanks again
Very bad experience with this place. First of all would be good to update your advertised opening hours as they don’t seem to be correct. However the main issue is that company advertises services they don’t provide. Despite shop has many signs of passport photos service and I always used this place before. It appears they don’t do them in December. I found the staff member to be rude, not helpful and not polite at all. Definitely needs improvement in up to date advertisement and some customer service skills.
Absolutely disgusted with my experience today at the photos gift shop in the ilac centre! Went in to get a slate made with a picture of my dads face on it for his grave the lady told me to send her the pictures I sent the picture she asked me if I’d like any more I sent one more picture and she said one of them might turn out blurry so I just told her to use the one that won’t turn blurry,I paid €50 got my receipt and she told me to come back at 3:30pm,so I came back she gave me the slate I took it out and it was very very blurry I couldn’t even see my dads eyes in the picture his face had a green and grey tone off it and I was not happy with it so I told the lady that I wasn’t happy with it and she told me there was nothing she could do about it I explained to her that it was for my dads grave and told her if she wasn’t going to take it back I wanted my receipt back she told me she put it in the bin and I said I need proof of purchase I demanded a receipt she dropped a bin at my feet and told me to look for it myself and she started to raise her voice at me telling me to let her speak so I started to cry and kept on explaining I really wasn’t happy with my slate so I called another lady that worked on the stand and explained my situation and she told me she would give me a discount but I told her I really didn’t want the slate I could not see my dads face and that they really upset me ! Finally in the end she did give me my money back but that wasn’t the point she really upset me I had to repeat my self several times and tell her that it was for my dads grave I was crying in the middle of the shopping centre bare in mind I am only 14 years of age I am disgusted the behavior of the staff was absolutely disgraceful !!!
Hopefully they get some sort of communication training!!! Absolutely disgraceful carry on. They wouldn’t treat an adult like that! Don’t worry Paris we’ll go further about this, having a 14 year old sobbing in the middle of a shopping center One week later and still haven’t been contacted!! Unbelievable, was that response wrote just for the public to see!!!
Should have heeded to the negative comments first. Went to the store in ILAC and Not happy with the photo quality at all. They don’t also do message inside the customized card and won’t cater request.. Not worth it...
I loved the friendly staff and the helpful advice I did get. Very helpful if you have a hen night or a Christmas night out and the tee shirt does the trick.
Worst customer service ever.
