Thank you to the two very nice gentlemen working in Tallaght three store on Sat. 9th Dec. for sorting out a phone for me. They were both very courteous and helpful. Everything done very quickly and efficiently.
Very bad customer service. The female staff at the store on morning of December 19 2023, is very unwelcoming and doesn’t want to talk to customer.

Normally would give 1 star based on previous experience but this time contacted with JAN and this guy was helpful and convinced me to stay with Tree for another 2 years. Otherwise I was already looking to move to different provider. JAN was helpful with good interpersonal skills and understanding of the situation.
I would avoid at all costs!! The only nice person in the shop on the two occasions I visited was the trainee who seemed very eager to help out and learn. Both members of staff on the two occasion I went were unwilling to help. They made me feel stupid in the shop saying that I must be doing something wring because there is no way of what I was saying being possible but when I phoned customer care they were able to sort and understand the problem I was having in under 5 minutes and were very reassuring that the problem would be fixed in a day or so. Not a nice interaction on both occasions with the staff that work here!
Stay away as far as possible. Due to their joke of a service I purchased the wrong phone on Saturday afternoon, went back on Sunday to return the fully intact phone with the wrapper and seal. Only to my surprise they refused to accept it back! True reflection of the bad reviews indeed!
Great, friendly staff. Helped me switch from Vodafone with an amazing 3 euro iPhone deal. Would definitely recommend!!
