Spent over €100 in the store, forgot to give the member card until after transaction and asked the staff if they could help with this and they said no and that I need to be done online myself, then I asked for assistance and guidance on how it should be completed online and was straight away told they don't know how to in a very dismissive manner. Another thing that stood out was I put in one of the purchasable reusable bag into my basket on the very top, but the cashier took it out and set it aside and just ignored it and proceeded to charge me for a paper bag instead until I said to her I had put a reusable bag in basket and she just said "oh she didn't even see it" after the transaction had already completed..... Cashier very dismissive and distracted and rather unhelpful at the till, not the best experience considering I had just spent over €100 in the place for this kind of customer service.... Especially so since I also work in customer service..... :
The store is lovely, but as I was at the till and paying for my things the cashier was insisting that I get a loyalty card, and wouldn’t stop pressuring me to get one. I don’t think I paid yet so I couldn’t just leave. For me I just wanted to get out of the shop and I have social anxiety so this made me really stressed out, I said no to a loyalty card but the cashier just wouldn’t stop asking! I had to get one in order to leave. I think customer service should be improved here! And maybe take into account the different types of customers there are!

Today I had a great embarrassment at the Jervis Shopping store, when I left the store, the detector beeped, they asked to see my bag, and found that there was nothing that could make it beep, the security guard passed alone with the bag and the detector did not beep. , that is, he whistled for me regardless of bag. I already opened the bag to show that I didn't steal anything, I said if they wanted to search, but until then, I was already dying of shame. I am a regular customer of this store and this detector always beeps!!! I think it's on purpose, because of course I didn't steal anything!!!! I will do everything to not go to that store again!! ridiculous!!

My favourite cosmetics store! I wish there were more branches across Ireland, definitely best selection for hair dyes hair care products and make up! Always have great deals and love their loyalty points system!
I went to Superdrug Jervis street a couple of days ago to enquire about a certain make up brand and was assisted by Jessica ! She was so friendly & helpful even during a Xmas rush. My experience with her stood out in my mind that I felt compelled to write this review. I hope she is commended for her fabulous work.
Bad staff in Dublin jervis they think we are stealing and looking around alots 1 girl she think I try to open the lipstick bottle they are already open it I just try to smell the lipstick that is nyx green lemon clear one .she come and shouting me very badly very very bad staff in jervis Dublin .And she racist me alots bcoz my mom wear the scarf .very bad and racist staff I saw in my life the owner should do something .That was happened the 1 July 2022 Friday at 1:35 pm. I don’t know her name but I know the date.
Brought my daughter to Superdrug in The Jervis centre on Friday morning to have her ears pierced. The lovely Zara I think that was her name apologises rudely I didn’t ask her name pierced my daughters ears. She was so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend. Thanks Zara she’s is delighted with her new gems
