THE STUDIO at Durham House Chiropractic Clinic in FARNHAM is a newly built bespoke studio offering the highest quality CORE, Pilates and Yoga and Stretch classes.
Our classes run throughout the week including evening and weekends. We specialise in Mat work and GPP Barre - a dance-inspired form of standing Pilates - and all our classes are run by a highly trained team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and professional Pilates and Yoga Instructors, certified by internationally renowned training schools.

Studio has been an amazing place to go to. The group sizes are small. Friendly environment, great service. Very flexible as can book into classes when you chose too. Always enjoy my classes I attend. I have done Flexicore with Nick or Jordan and would recommend both :

Amazing team at Fleet They keep me going though out the lockdowns. Sadly I miss Sarah. But, Rosie has managed to get me doing my daily walkies, for the first time since the locdowns. Not only, are knowledgeable, and good at what they do, they are also nice people what more can I say but, I would give them 10/10

Galin and her team have been fantastic in putting me back in shape, literally!  Always very accommodating, and helpful when making appointments. They have worked with so many of my friends also, and none of us would go anywhere else, the results speak for themselves!

Fiona - Her knowledge and understanding of helping an aging body with the combination of physio and pilates exercises is so therapeutic.  Her classes guide each individual through various exercises with such a caring manner.   Fiona is amazing!!!!!

A great little Fitness Studio with excellent classes to pre-book and very experienced and helpful instructors. It certainly beats going to a gym!

I've been going to Flexicore classes here for nearly a year.  They are so good - I rarely get all the aches & pains that I used to get.  Each class covers a different set of core muscles & stretches so after going to a few classes you start to feel so much more free and comfortable in everyday life.  Oh - and the classes are taken by lovely people.  They may make you work hard and cause your muscles to ache but it's all worth it and you end up thanking them for it!  Highly recommend.

Great venue. The studio offers a range of classes including core, pilates, yoga and stretch throughout the day and into the evening Monday to Friday. A great advantage is that it is drop in so no need to pay for classes you can't make but a discount if you buy blocks of 10 or 20 up front. I've been doing pilates with Yvette on a Thursday for over a year. She makes it good fun, with a lot of variety and explains how each exercise is working the body. Definitely recommend it!
